00:24Ivan, right here outside a KTV bar in Quezon City, a man was found with a cellphone of a customer who was already driving a motorcycle.

00:36This man was just sitting outside a KTV bar in Barangay Doña Imelda, Quezon City, at 2 p.m. yesterday.

00:47He was talked to by three other men who were also present at the scene.

00:51Later, he took out his cellphone.

00:54This man in long sleeves moved to his back and seemed to be shaking before he sat down.

01:01The man with the cellphone stood up, put down his cellphone and rode his motorcycle.

01:08The man in long sleeves followed and jumped on his motorcycle when he suddenly put down his cellphone on the man's shirt.

01:16There are many groups like that, not just those who are in the CCTV.

01:20There are many of them, different ages.

01:24What they usually do there is, for example, they steal.

01:29When they are drunk, they steal what they can steal.

01:32The man headed to the barangay to complain.

01:39He complained that he was lost because he was looking for his cellphone and he was stolen.

01:57A few hours later, the man was caught stealing a cellphone in the nearby barangay.

02:03The suspect is a member of a group that often catches victims in Araneta Avenue,

02:09especially in the nearby KTV bars in the barangay.

02:12It's notorious because they are not just one or two, they are repeatedly in that area.

02:19They are constantly stealing drinks in the bar.

02:27Sometimes, they are minors who come here.

02:32We are also on the lookout for them because our customers don't come back because some of them are already drunk.

02:43who according to the barangay, is already in jail in Galas Police Station.

02:51Ivan, because of the theft in the area, the barangay is reminding us to be extra careful
