00:00And here's Steph after the game.
00:02This Madison Square Garden, it speaks for itself.
00:04This is a place that brings...
00:06Oh, it just naturally has great, unique,
00:09authentic basketball energy.
00:11And, like, the fans are unreal.
00:13Like, the who's who of Celebrity Row and all that,
00:15but just everybody's anticipating great basketball.
00:19And, um, from my first game here in college to now,
00:25like, it's always delivered.
00:26So, uh, and for us on the Western Conference,
00:29we only get one chance here.
00:31And, um, we try to make the most of it.
00:35Listen, uh, I don't know how many times I can say this
00:38without upsetting people.
00:40This is New York City.
00:42It's the greatest city in the world,
00:44whether you like it or not.
00:46Whether there's murders every day and rape
00:48and everything else that goes on here to crazy,
00:51people shoving people in front of trains,
00:53this is the greatest city in the world,
00:56whether you like it or not.
00:57And the Garden is the greatest arena in the world.
01:00It's the world's most famous.
01:02There isn't one player that ever mattered in the NBA
01:06that won't admit the best place to play basketball
01:10is at the Garden.
01:11It doesn't mean the Knicks are good.
01:13They've only been good once.
01:15They're like the Jets.
01:17They've been good once.
01:19But the Garden is forever.
01:22I mean, just walking through the bowels of the Garden,
01:25just looking at the walls of who's performed there
01:28and played there, it's a who's who
01:30of what's ever happened in this world of ours.
01:34Real simple.
01:35And I used to get chills calling games in there.
01:39I called several games in there,
01:41and I just think it's the greatest place ever,
01:44whether anybody, anyone that argues with it is just stupid.
