This RAINBOW POPPING BOBA became a sweet surprise!

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Fruit Juice
• ½ tbsp Sodium Alginate
• 2 tbsp Calcium Lactate
• 4 cups Warm Water

Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the fruit juice and sodium alginate. Blend until fully dissolved, then let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the calcium lactate and warm water until completely dissolved to create your calcium bath.
3. Using a dropper or squeeze bottle, carefully drop small amounts of the fruit mixture into the calcium bath. For a more uniform shape, place the liquid into a rounded measuring spoon, then gently dip and swirl in the bath to release.
4. Let the boba pearls sit in the bath for 1-2 minutes, gently stirring so they don’t stick together.
5. Scoop out the pearls using a fine-mesh strainer, rinse them twice in cold water, then serve and enjoy!! 😊
