02:05The second petition for disqualification was presented by ACT-CIS Partylist Representative Erwin Tulfo.
02:13It was submitted to the Comelec by Berteni Catalunya-Causing, Graph Free Philippines Foundation, Inc. and Diosdado Villar Catalonge.
02:21Some of them pointed out in the petition that Tulfo should be disqualified because he was convicted of four counts of libel,
02:29which is considered moral turpitude or violation of the standards of society.
02:34Tulfo is not a Filipino but a U.S. citizen.
02:38He is part of the political dynasty that is prohibited by the Constitution.
02:43Tulfo said that he is ready to answer the case filed by Causing,
02:47that he is a lawyer who was removed from the Supreme Court with a license
02:52and was declared by the Comelec as a nuisance candidate in the senatorial elections.
02:57He denied his right to file a complaint and the judgment was deferred to the Comelec.
