01:32So I can see her present over there.

01:50fashion show. So we can get ready for that too.

01:56outfit of the day. I'm never very
01:58coordinated when I go
02:00to the gym. This is just a little
02:02long sleeve. I like to wear a long sleeve top
02:04to the gym most of the time. This is just like a white one
02:06from Gymshark. These leggings
02:08are actually from White Fox.

02:12meant to have a bit of a scrunch but I need to like
02:14pull them up my arse a bit more. I've got my Nike
02:16shoes. The best sports
02:18bras ever. I'm so sad that
02:21I don't think they're like around anymore.
02:23I don't know if anyone remembers the brand like
02:25Sport FX. This was a collaboration
02:27with Gabby Allen. You know
02:29the girl that's literally just won Love Island.
02:31She did a collaboration
02:33with Sport FX and they're just
02:35basically just like a high back.

02:41I've got like fabric all up the back. I just feel like
02:43sports bras like that I'm sure you can get them
02:45from loads of brands. Instead of

03:15We are back and I was very tempted
03:17to go upstairs and treat myself
03:19to a little protein smoothie
03:21because I actually like I've been there for so
03:23long but I actually
03:25forgot that they have like
03:27a restaurant
03:29and like places to get food like
03:31in the gym. Because I always
03:33see people get their little shake after the gym
03:35and I always used to be like aww I wish I could do that.
03:37I literally can do that and I didn't know
03:39I kind of just forgot. And I was
03:41going to do that but then I remembered I've got to
03:43clear out my fridge by the end of this week
03:46so I should utilise what's in my fridge
03:48and I have a bunch of very
03:50basically like done
03:52bananas so I'm thinking I'll have one
03:54in my smoothie
03:56and then maybe make some banana bread like
03:58that's what you do with bananas that are like
04:00on their last legs right?
04:02Because they're either past the point of being like
04:04super ripe and they're actually just
04:06kind of gross
04:08or
04:10they're okay and they're gonna be
04:12super sweet and super ripe.
04:14So what do we think it's gonna be?

07:43this is what I want to be the moment
07:45I want glass

07:49looking skin and believe it or not
07:51actually a few of the techniques
07:53that I've been doing at the moment and products
07:55that I've been using
07:57a drugstore they're from L'Oreal and they are
07:59the best for creating
08:01that sort of look
08:03so one of the things that I love to do
08:05is use glotion
08:07L'Oreal Glotion I'm sure you guys have seen this already
08:09this is such a multi
08:11use product you could use this kind of as the primer
08:13do what I do and like
08:15mix it in with foundation
08:17or on like
08:19no makeup makeup days literally just wear it
08:21on it's own there are a few shades to choose
08:23from and I'm using the shade
08:25is this? this is light glow
08:27and I'm going to mix it in
08:29to my foundation
08:31I'm already going in with like a
08:33luminous
08:35foundation as it is
08:37so what this is going to do is
08:39add that luminosity add that
08:41glow but like I said you can use
08:43this on it's own
08:45and they've got like quite like a pearly
08:47shade again you could use that
08:49as
08:51like a highlighter just like to like
08:53mix it into
08:55my skin I also
08:57you know
08:59in like my flawless foundation
09:01makeup routine I used
09:03that matte foundation
09:05I even like mixing it into that and I know
09:07that goes against the whole
09:09point of a matte
09:11foundation
09:13but I love it I love
09:15mixing
09:17products creating
09:19my dream skin
09:21this alone like the bronzy
09:23one especially was a go
09:25to in the summer
09:27I feel like is my light doing
09:29what it needs to do is that better
09:33but you can even use them as
09:35like a body glow
09:37I just think if you're doing
09:39glass skin this product needs
09:41to be included into your base
09:43somehow
09:47like are we
09:49seeing
09:51this glow
09:53you know me I like to go in with like a lot of other
09:55products afterwards I just feel
09:57like incorporating glowtion
09:59mixed in with your foundation
10:01it allows like
10:03when you've been like wearing it throughout the day a little bit more
10:05and you like sweat in your
10:07makeup which I love it when my
10:09makeup does that and it doesn't look so like sat on
10:11my face if you know what I mean
10:13the glow just comes through
10:15and I'm obsessed with it like I said I feel like that's
10:17key for glass skin anyway
10:19we're gonna keep going with the makeup as we do
10:21because the next step for the glass skin
10:23is when we get to the cheeks okay we've done like
10:25the rest of the skin now these next two
10:27products one is like a
10:29cult fave and another is like a new fave
10:31that I'm so excited I can finally talk to you
10:33about oh not my timer going
10:35off deep breaths you already know
10:37that I'm in a rush but the
10:39L'Oreal Lumi Blushes
10:41I'm obsessed with them they actually have a red
10:43one and I was contemplating do I use the red shade
10:45but that just might be a little too red
10:47so we're going for the glowy
10:49true rose which is my OG favourite
10:51again you can swipe these
10:53on the skin my personal preference
10:55of the application is on the back of my
10:57hands with like a big
10:59sort of dense brush like this
11:01and I have like laid down
11:03a powder blush but as
11:05like one of my favourite techniques
11:07is to do cream
11:09over powder for me
11:11that just gives the ultimate glass skin
11:13look glowy look I do it with
11:15so many of my products
11:17as you guys know
11:19and what I like
11:21about this is
11:23the pigment and kind of
11:25how intense you want it to be
11:27is totally
11:29customisable it melts
11:31onto the skin again I'm going to move my
11:33camera around so you can like really see like
11:35what that's done but
11:37you know what this product really reminds me of
11:39I wore it on the slopes of L'Oreal
11:41it just
11:43adds that flush it
11:45this again like that with just like
11:47the glotion sorry I don't know what I was pointing down there
11:49my titty that with the
11:51glotion on its own gives like
11:53that gym girl makeup
11:55no makeup makeup type vibe
11:57just adds that little flush
11:59you can actually kind of see it more
12:03there we go my light needs to be like here
12:07sorry everyone I've been like doing you a
12:09disservice this whole time but that's the glowy
12:11true rose again a few shades
12:13in that which I am obsessed with
12:17because the one thing about like blush I just find
12:19it doesn't it always like
12:21comes off first which is really annoying like
12:23that's the kind of way you lose
12:25I find that it's the
12:27thing that I lose on my face
12:29the most so to go in
12:31with a cream blush after your powder
12:33is a way to make that last
12:35and this Lumi liquid blush
12:37they're just so beautiful
12:39so glowy you could just leave it
12:41there but obviously I'm not doing
12:43that I want to turn to the side and like
12:45be popping I was wearing this the
12:47other day when I went out for dinner with my friend
12:49Emma and I literally turned to the side

13:17so again perfect like on the go
13:19makeup I love that they've got a few
13:21variations of shades because
13:23not everyone has the same highlight
13:25shade preference you know
13:27I've got glowy creme
13:29chic which is like classic champagne gold
13:31I think I'm going to go with glassy
13:33pearl but we've also
13:35got more of like a pink ballet which
13:37I think is the one I used
13:39in the reel if you know you know
13:41and this one is glowy
13:43golden couture ooh
13:45kind of in
13:47two minds but I
13:49love I think this is actually
13:51the one I wore so maybe I'll go with
13:53this one again but they go on
13:55like effortlessly
