प्रयागराज, उत्तर प्रदेश: तीर्थ नगरी प्रयागराज में चल रहे दिव्य और भव्य महाकुंभ में बुधवार को महाशिवरात्रि के पर्व पर महास्नान होगा। इस अवसर पर लाखों-करोड़ों श्रद्धालुओं के पवित्र संगम में डुबकी लगाने की उम्मीद है। महाशिवरात्रि पर श्रद्धालुओं का रेला कुंभ नगरी में उमड़ रहा है। तीर्थ यात्रियों को संभालने के लिए पुलिस प्रशासन ने भी अपनी तरफ से तैयारियों को पुख्ता किया है। पुलिस और प्रशासन के आलाधिकारियों के मुताबिक महाशिवरात्रि पर शहर के प्राचीन शिव मंदिरों में भी श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ उमड़ेगी। इसके मद्देनजर शहर के शिवालयों और संगम के घाटों पर सुरक्षा के चाक-चौबंद इंतजाम किए गए हैं।
