00:30The Lake Worth Fire Department responded quickly and extinguished the blaze, but the plane
00:35was beyond repair.
00:37The cause of the crash is under investigation by the FAA, the National Transportation Safety
00:42Board, NTSB, and the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office.
00:47The NTSB has launched a formal inquiry and expects to release a preliminary report within
