00:16The family of a 69-year-old man was in a state of shock after he was hit and run while crossing the Marcos Highway.

00:26The suspect who escaped also surrendered five days after the incident.

00:36A 69-year-old man fell on the road after he was hit and run on the Marcos Highway in Antipolo City.
