04:57Has there been a delay, as the AAP claims?
05:00Well, you know, Akshata, what essentially we're learning from the Bharatiya Janata Party
05:04that they are in the process of actually acquiring the entire process so that the scheme can
05:09be implemented.
05:10They have denied the allegation from the part that's been made by Aatish.
05:14that one by one all the promises that have been made in the polls will be enrolled in
05:19a time-bound manner.
05:20That was something that Rekha Gupta even from the day she's taken charge has been suggesting.
05:26But Aatish and Aam Aadmi Party leaders today in the Delhi assembly protested against the
05:31fact suggesting that the claims of the coffers being emptied is false and it's something
05:35that the BJP is purposely delaying.
05:37We spoke to sources within the Delhi government.
05:40What we're understanding, Akshata, is also about getting the details intact because these
05:44will be essentially direct transfer amount that will be going out to the people.
05:49So there is a process of setting up that entire chain of command.
05:52And that's exactly what the Delhi government is right now working on is what we are learning
05:57from our sources.
