00:18Softer option, the New York Times writes. According to the updated draft agreement,
00:25Ukraine must give up half of its revenues from natural resources, including minerals,
00:30gas and oil, as well as half of the revenues from ports and other infrastructure. Similar
00:38conditions were contained in the original draft of February 14. Revenues from Ukrainian
00:45fossil fuels will be directed to a fund in which the US has 100%. And Ukraine will have
00:52to make contributions to the fund until it reaches $500 billion, the amount that Trump
00:59demanded in exchange for the assistance already provided. This amount was not mentioned in
01:05the first version of the agreement. Interestingly, the new draft agreement includes provisions
01:12on revenues from territories controlled by Russia. The New York court has been assigned
01:18jurisdiction to resolve the disputes, which has caused concern in Kyiv. As it could weaken
01:25Ukraine's legal position in the event of a dispute. Kyiv has made counter-demands for
01:31increased military support, as well as post-war security guarantees. But, the new document
