00:00An old barangay man in Manila was arrested in Antipolo City for molesting a 4-year-old woman.

00:08In a separate operation, a man was also arrested for molesting his 4-year-old daughter.

00:15The accused denied the charges.

00:18This is EJ Gomez's exclusive report.

00:29Under the Arrest Warrant issued by the Antipolo Police,

00:33this 50-year-old man was arrested for molesting his minor daughter.

00:39According to the police, the assault happened in 2018 to a 12-year-old victim.

00:46The accused was arrested in 2020, but the case was dismissed because the victim did not report the assault.

00:53He was released in February 2022.

00:56Since then, the accused has been hiding according to the police.

01:00However, when he asked for help for his minor complaint,

01:05his complaint against his own father was revived.

01:09That's why the Arrest Warrant was issued.

01:13The Arrest Warrant was issued again against the accused in October 2022.

01:18The accused, Aliaz Al, denied the charges.

01:22He said that he was just pretending to be tough because of a fight at home.

01:27There was no fight. Nothing like that happened.

01:29Because of the fight at home, they told me a story.

01:33My daughter is still young, so they were just teasing her.

01:38The accused is facing a Qualified Rape case that was not recommended by the police.

01:43This 56-year-old man was also arrested in Antipolo because of molesting his four minors.

01:52According to the police, the crime happened in 2011.

01:56The accused has four warrants of arrest,

02:02which are the acts of lasciviousness.

02:04His five cases are the complaints of four different minors.

02:13In 2012, the court issued the Arrest Warrant against the accused, Aliaz Al.

02:18The accused has been hiding since then and has been living in Tondo, Manila,

02:22where he served as a barangay warden.

02:25The accused said that there is no truth to the claims he made against the victims.

02:31He also said that he was not hiding.

02:32I don't do that. I'm just looking for a job, that's why I'm molesting.

02:37Aliaz Al. was also accused of molesting a minor.

02:41There are people who molest minors there.

02:47Of course, the cartel followed them.

02:49Maybe that's why they molested me.

02:52At the custodial facility of Antipolo Component City Police Station, the accused was detained.
