As Kha opened her guard she attacked with an arm-bar. The ref thought she had it and stopped the fight (he'd been stopping early a lot that day), but then realized that she didn't have it. But he gave her two points and restarted on the feet. If he hadn't done it Kha would've passed and gotten points and probably won. So he was upset. But these things happen sometimes. It was still a good experience.
