Young people in remote areas suffer with shortage of FASD assistance

Many young people behind bars in Australia are living with undiagnosed fetal alcohol spectrum disorder or FASD. Experts say there's a critical shortage of diagnostic and treatment services in remote areas, and it means many children are falling through the cracks.
