00:00Good afternoon from Pag-asa Weather Forecasting Center. This is our update on the weather for the next 24 hours.
00:09We can see here in the latest satellite images, the thick clouds that are coming here in Palawan and Visayas is the continuous effect of the shear line.
00:20As compared to the previous days, the axis of the effect of the shear line has decreased.
00:25So, the amount of rainfall has decreased in the Bicol region.
00:29For now, the shear line will continue to fall in Palawan and Visayas.
00:37Meanwhile, this is the part of Mindanao.
00:40This afternoon, there will be heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.
00:46That's because of the Easter East or the hot winds from the Pacific Ocean.
00:50In most parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, we will experience clear skies.
00:56There is still a chance of rainfalls due to the Northeast Monsoon.
01:00So, we will experience heavy rainfall and thunderstorms here in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, in the vicinity of Aurora, Quezon, and the whole Bicol region.
01:11And for our weather forecast for today in Luzon,
01:16only a portion of Luzon will experience heavy rainfall and thunderstorms for the next 24 hours due to the Northeast Monsoon or the cold winds.
01:25So, again, this area of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, the whole Bicol region, and the vicinity of Aurora and Quezon, the eastern section of Luzon, will experience heavy rainfall.
01:37For Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, we will experience fair weather conditions.
01:42It will be clear for the time being.
01:43If there is a chance of rain, these will be just light rains or thunderstorms.
01:49As for Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao tomorrow,
01:54even though we will experience heavy rainfall in the whole of Mindanao this afternoon,
01:58by tomorrow morning, these rainfalls will be reduced.
02:02Improving conditions. It will be clearer for the time being.
02:05But the rainfall will continue due to the easterly winds in the northeastern portion of Mindanao, in the area of Caraga.
02:11Also due to the effect of the shoreline, we expect that in the next few days,
02:16it will completely cool down, or its effect will decrease.
02:20Tomorrow, the whole of Visayas and Palawan will continue to experience heavy rainfall and thunderstorms,
02:27thunderstorms and thunderstorms.

02:34especially here in the area of eastern Visayas and Palawan,

03:30So for Baguio City and Legazpi City,
03:33until Tuesday, these floods will continue.
03:36Improving conditions over Bicol Region until Wednesday.
03:40So for the rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila,
03:43for these three days, Monday until Wednesday,
03:46we will experience light rain and thunderstorms.
03:54Here in the Visayas area,
03:56the effect of the shoreline will continue throughout the Visayas on Monday.
04:00The effect of the shoreline will gradually decrease or decrease.
04:06So until Tuesday, Wednesday,
04:08this area of the eastern Visayas will experience heavy rain and thunderstorms.

04:19Central Visayas, Western Visayas, and Negros Island Region.

04:57In Cagayan de Oro City and Zamboanga City,
