Antony has continued to capture the hearts of Real Betis supporters. A new video has emerged of a heartwarming interaction he shared with a disabled fan.
The winger joined the Spanish club on a five-month loan deal until the end of the season and has been an instant hit at Betis.
He has scored three goals in his first four matches and won three Player of the Match awards for his impressive displays.
Antony's recent form starkly contrasts with his miserable spell in Manchester after his £85million move from Ajax in 2022.
And the Brazilian seems to have taken to the Betis fans as much as they have with him after he was seen getting out of his car to take photos with supporters this week.
As he posed for a picture, a disabled fan leaned in to kiss him. Perhaps surprised, the 24-year-old obliged and gave her a few kisses on the forehead.
He then said: 'Give me a little kiss,' before offering his cheek to the fan, a moving gesture which was met with smiles by the surrounding fans.
After getting back into his car, Antony was asked how happy he was with the love from Betis fans.
'I'm very happy. I'm very happy with the city, with the people, with the love, with everything,' he responded.
The United loanee recently spoke of his joy at Betis, having swapped the Old Trafford malaise for the Seville sunshine.
'I've had a great time in Manchester too, I won two titles and I'm very grateful,' he told Spanish outlet AS.
'But when I say that I've found myself here, I'm happy, the people are like us in Brazil. The sun helps a lot.
'I'm very happy here. I wake up every day with a smile and that's very important.
'I have a lot of friends who played here and they left me very calm so that I could sign here. I was sure in my heart that coming here was the best decision for me. I hope to continue like this.'
As part of their loan agreement with United, Betis has agreed to cover a minimum of 84 percent of his salary plus bonuses, which is imorethan£100,000 per week.
However, Betis have already made it clear that they are open to keeping Antony on a permanent deal, while United will now be looking to recoup a portion of the sum they spent to sign him in 2022.
With the Red Devils, Antony managed just 12 goals in 96 games, after joining as their second-most expensive player ever behind Paul Pogba.
But after failing to start a Premier League game with United in 2024-25, the winger seems to have re-discovered his best form at Betis.
