00:11So, I'm going to be making sourdoughs, different pastries, croissants, as well as yeasted breads as well.
00:18It's all made here, sold here, baked here.
00:22I'll also be doing celebration cakes and different cakes, cookies.
00:27I notice you've been collaborating with some of the other traders as well from the market.
00:30Yes, so there's Sausage Rolls at Medway, Wilkinson's Meat, and then we will be doing sandwiches eventually,
00:36and we'll be using next door's bacon at Angus Butchers.
