00:00The People's Liberation Army Navy's helicopter approached the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources' airfield above Baudi, Masinlok earlier this morning with the Philippine Coast Guard, or PCG,

00:22The PCG said that the helicopter was only 3 meters away from the BFAR airfield, which clearly violated the International Aviation Regulations.

02:37I think these are countries who feel that what we have been doing is in accordance with international law.
02:44And I haven't heard any country really come out against what we've been doing, except for one.
02:49The 2016 Arbitral Award was a waste of the nine-dash line used by China in the acquisition of the West Philippine Sea.
