CJI Sanjiv Khanna: New CEC Gyanesh Kumar: भारत को अब अपना नया मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त (CEC) मिल चुका है, और यह जिम्मेदारी ज्ञानेश कुमार (Gyanesh Kumar) ने संभाली है. वो मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार (Rajiv Kumar) की जगह लेंगे, जिनका कार्यकाल 18 फरवरी 2025 को समाप्त हो रहा है. लेकिन उनकी नियुक्ति पर कांग्रेस (Congress) ने बड़े सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं. वहीं 19 फरवरी को सीईसी और ईसी नियुक्ति पैनल (CEC EC Appointment Panel) के सदस्यों को लेकर सुनवाई है. ऐसे में सवाल ये है कि ज्ञानेश कुमार (Gyanesh Kumar) की नियुक्ति बनी रहेगी या कुर्सी जाएगी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सीजेआई संजीव खन्ना (CJI Sanjiv Khanna) (CJI Khanna) की बेंच में इस केस की सुनवाई चल रही है.
