A couple from Oklahoma spent $2million on 400 acres of land with their grown-up children so they could all live together - with homes just 150 yards apart.
Kim, 59, and Joe Grubb, 56, were empty nesters when their children, Trevor, 36, Tyler, 34, and Hayley, 28, moved out.
They wanted to downsize from their five-bedroom property to a small home for two but couldn't find anything that worked for them.
So, one day, they called their son, Trevor, and said, "Find us some land, and we will build on it together."
