00:32The program is a financial help for the government to educate the Senior High School so that the DepEd will not be affected like the private schools.

00:40The incoming grade 11 students are given a voucher worth Php 14,000 to Php 22,500.

00:47Those who finished grade 10 in public schools will automatically receive it.

00:51It is necessary to apply if you are a graduate in a private school and the Education Service Contracting Program of the DepEd is not granted.

01:00Education Secretary Sanoy Angara said in an interview that the DepEd is taking the allegation seriously.

01:05He said that the wrong use of the funds for education will not be consented.
