00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. launched the Mega Job Fair in Tagong City where 3,000 beneficiaries of 4Ps were benefited.

00:17President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. personally launched the Mega Job Fair in Tagong City in Davao del Norte

00:25where 3,000 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program from Carmen and Tagong City participated.

00:33This is an initiative of the Office of the President and Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 11

00:39in order to improve the livelihood of 4Ps beneficiaries in the country.

00:44This is an implementation of our mandate and promise to improve the livelihood of every Filipino family,

00:55especially to our beneficiaries of 4Ps and the implementation.

01:02We also continue to strengthen the distribution of services for all of you

01:08so that you will be able to find a job and be able to contribute to the implementation of your dreams in life and for your families.

01:20It is expected that 3,000 pre-identified existing household beneficiaries of 4Ps will be able to help the program.

01:27The beneficiaries said that they will transition out of the program due to various reasons.

01:34The work in the new Philippines Mega Job Fair was created to provide work and income to 4Ps beneficiaries

01:42so that their livelihood will remain progressive even if they do not receive assistance from the program.

01:48The 33-year-old 4Ps beneficiary from Magsaysay Carmen Davao del Norte named Michie Natad

01:56is a cashier in a mall in Panabo Davao del Norte where she has been a 4Ps beneficiary for 7 years.

02:03I am thankful that I was chosen. If it wasn't for 4Ps, I wouldn't have been able to get a job.

02:11According to the Regional Director of DSWD Region 11, Merlinda Paragamac,

02:16the program is a big help for 4Ps beneficiaries because they have been in the program for 7 years and they need to transition out.

02:24This activity is important because we provide services for them.

02:30We wanted them to have work so that our assistance to 4Ps beneficiaries will be sustainable.

02:40The Department of Labor and Employment Region 11 also helped in inviting various employers and partner companies

02:50where there are a total of 887 job vacancies available for beneficiaries.

02:57There are also various special services for beneficiaries such as Job Seekers Assistance Booth,

03:03Labor Education and Livelihood Desk, and Career Development Support Services.
