00:00First of all, we introduced the FarmerHeadCheck, which allows a single farmer to know exactly what the footprint of his or her milk produced at farm level is.
00:09It's super important for us to be data-driven and utilize all the data that we now collected through 10 years.
00:18And now, since 2023, we offer this FarmerHeadCheck to all our dairy farmers members.
00:27And I'm proud to say that more than 95% of our members do this FarmerHeadCheck every year.
00:33So that allows us to set goals and to benchmark and to make aspiration plans at farm level so that the single farmer works with whatever makes the most sense.
00:46It is the farmers themselves who decided to introduce an incentive model, which allows the more sustainable farmer to get a higher milk price compared to the farmer who is less sustainable.
00:58So this is something that the farmers, they agreed to do themselves. So the funding of this system is coming from the farmers themselves.
