00:00In the night of 16th February, Lodhi Border Police arrested a man, Nadeem, son of Sameen,

00:28On inquiry, Nadeem told that in the night of 16th February,

00:52and went to a tea shop near the procession.
00:57As soon as he came back, two people from Motorcycle department
