00:00The Lifetime Achievement Award was given to four PMA alumni for their 50 years of dedication in providing services to the country.
00:09This is Audrey Villena's story.
00:14More than 1,700 alumni and their families came together to celebrate the history of honor, service, and hope
00:23when the Philippine Military Academy held its alumni homecoming in Fort Del Pilar the other day.
00:31This event is more than just a joyful reunion or an opportunity to exchange factors and tell stories that you heard over and over again.
00:43Rather, it is a testament to the enduring spirit of PMA and the value it instills in each of the graduates.
00:51It is an opportunity for all Cavaliers to once again base in the idealism of PMA and reaffirm our commitment to the values of courage, of integrity, and of loyalty.
01:06The Lifetime Achievement Award was given to four PMA alumni for their 50 years of dedication in providing services to the country.
01:15The 14th PMA Alumni for the Cavalier Award was recognized by the PMA Alumni Association, Inc.
01:25for an alumni who showed outstanding success and achievement in their fields in the past five years.
01:34The class of 1965 was recognized as a Diamond Jubilarian, the class of 1975 as a Golden Jubilarian, and the class of 2000 as a Silver Jubilarian.
01:45Aside from this, the alumni homecoming this year also served as a reminder of the achievements of the PMA years.
01:52We celebrate this occasion. Let us also take a moment to honor those who are no longer with us,
02:01those who have given their lives in the line of duty, their sacrifices, fuels, and commitment to serve,
02:10and their memory lives on the way we carry forward their mission.
02:14On the visit of PAG Corps Chairman Alejandro Tenko, he promised that his office will give the academy's requests for the well-being of the cadets.
02:25With grateful hearts, we will ensure that your sacrifices are never, never taken for granted and that you will always count on our cooperation and support.
02:37We will always be with you, your help, and we will always be one with you, your brothers and sisters.
02:49Cavalier Urso Belo was named the class of 1961 as the oldest PMA alumni and the youngest alumni is Roland Bautista of the class of 2024.
