00:00A soldier was arrested in an entrapment operation because of the sale of a gun.

00:05This is what Ryan Lizigues reported.

00:09This man is a drug dealer who illegally sells high-caliber guns online.

00:14In a parking lot near EDSA in Pasay City, the man had a meet-up.

00:20But he had no idea that the police were following his transaction.

00:24So he even opened the compartment of the car to show the gun he was selling.

00:30The suspect seemed to be wearing a bulletproof vest and his back was covered in blood.

00:34He was running around the area as if he was deaf.

00:36That's when the police caught him and arrested him immediately.

00:40When the transaction happened and the gun was taken,

00:43it was obvious that our suspect suddenly locked the door and there was a commotion.

00:49One of his accomplices suddenly ran to the Mazda sedan where the sniper's rifle was.

00:55The suspect was left behind.

00:58According to the operatives of the 3rd Special Operations Unit of the PNP Maritime Group,

01:02the suspect locked a sniper rifle worth 1.2 million pesos.

01:07The gun he was holding was of the same type.

01:09And the way he moved, they found out that he was not a civilian.

01:13Their target and the suspect's mannequip were confirmed by an active soldier.

01:19It is said that there is an illegal sale of high-powered firearms online,

01:25which is currently in the middle of the campaign period for the HATOL of BAYAN 2025

01:29by the PNP,

01:30that if these types of guns can reach the hands of bad people,

01:34it will surely be used in crimes related to politics.
