Oregon Ducks' Jackson Shelstad Discusses Win Over Northwestern
Transcript
00:00I think we were just getting really good inside out threes at the beginning of
00:05the game.
00:05I can't remember a lot of them, but I know somewhere at the end of the shot clock,
00:11like force threes or off the dribble one.
00:14So we just got to do a good job at keep attacking, getting in the paint and
00:19kicking out for open threes.
00:20You know, we just got to do a good job at keep attacking, getting in the paint and
00:24kicking out for open threes.
00:26No doubt you're gonna come away from this feel like there's things you can work on
00:30for sure, but just a confidence point of view.
00:32How big do you think this can be for maybe various guys individually, but
00:36you guys as a group too?
00:37I think it's huge for our confidence to finish out the conference.
00:43A lot of teams, you just got to see one win and kind of pick your momentum back up.
00:49And honestly, I feel like we can play a lot better.
00:51So, just trying to get better every day in practice,
00:55game after game, see where it can take us.
00:58Dan has often talked about better ball movement offensively,
01:0116 assists would probably suggest you guys were there.
01:05Yeah.
01:05Maybe the ball movement to the offense.
01:07Yeah, I mean, honestly, ball movement has kind of been the biggest topic in our
01:11practice these last couple days.
01:13I feel like everybody feels like our offense has been a little stagnant.
01:17And when we move the ball, we're tough to guard.
01:20And we got a lot of guys who can score, who can make plays.
01:23So, if we get the ball moving, it's gonna really help our offense out.
