00:00I'll be doing the opening ceremony on Friday, a couple of days there, and then Sunday we'll
00:04make our way to the golf course, get to know it and get some good notes to be ready for Thursday.
00:17I think it's been a great choice to come to Dubai before Tokyo. I just heard that in Tokyo it's also
00:24quite humid and obviously a bit hot, so it's been very good to practice even if it's a little bit
00:35in the heat, but yeah at the end it's just great facilities and we've been able to have some
00:42productive work and now looking forward to go to Tokyo and after that coming back to Dubai and
00:48keep improving. I'm going a bit earlier than I would do for a normal tournament, a week before
00:55the tournament starts and that's because I want to be part of the opening ceremony, get involved
01:00with the whole Spanish crew and because of that you know I'll have to hang around in the Olympic
01:07Villa for two, three days before I can go to practice the golf course. I believe the first
01:12day we can do that is on Sunday, so yeah I'll be doing the opening ceremony on Friday, a couple
01:17days there and then Sunday we'll make our way to the golf course, get to know it and get some
01:23good notes to be ready for Thursday. It's a big crew that is coming for the Spanish team, many
01:30sports and I feel like Spain has many, many talented athletes, so it's going to be good to
01:36share our journey together. I'm already talking to a few of them which I shared back in the day,
01:43high school together and in other sports, so it's going to be pretty cool to do that together. At
01:48the end of the day I'm going for golf with one of my friends, that is John Ram, I grew up together
01:56with him. Obviously he's had some incredible success early on and you know what to say,
02:03it's going to be a very, very fun week with him. I'm going to learn a lot to seeing what he does
02:10by his side and you know at the end of the day we're going to be doing our best to bring the
02:17medals home. After the Olympics I figured I needed a little bit of a rest because
02:24obviously traveling to the other part of the world it's a bit demanding and because of that
02:30I'm going to go home to Spain where I'll be taking a few days off, practicing a little bit
02:37and by the end of those two weeks I'll be hosting my tournament back home for all my fans
02:44which I'm very excited, I do that every year. It's Adrien Arnaud's fans tournament which
02:52yeah I do that because you know I feel like I receive a lot of support from all my people.
02:58My schedule on European tour has been a bit interrupted by the Olympics, not that that's
03:04something that I mind. I love how my summer is looking but definitely from the Scottish Open
03:12to the Czech Open there's five weeks in between and that's where I'm going to come back into the
03:17Czech Didi, Czech Masters and after that we're going to go to Crance, Montana, Italy and Wentworth
03:25four weeks in a row which is going to be a good way to come back on tour and I'm definitely
03:30looking forward to having a good finish of the season. I think things are clicking for me,
03:35I've been working on a few things and yeah looking forward to be back on tour and having a strong
03:40season. Anytime that you qualify for the DP World Championship you are having a very very good year
03:48so for me I've been able to do that the last three years. This year has been a little bit of a
03:53roller coaster but I'm sure I'll be able to put some good goals to finish the season. I think
03:59I've been playing quite consistent over the last few weeks but the results have not been showing
04:07but I'm sure it's going to click on the next few tournaments. One of the things that I also
04:13look forward to being in Dubai is because I have some part of my team based here in Dubai,
04:19my trainer which is Joel Niel helps me out especially on the off-season where we get
04:26stronger and prepare for the whole season and even when I play around this area he would come
04:32to tournaments and yeah it's been good to have this asset on my team and I feel like physically
04:39I've been getting better every year and then on the other hand this year I started working
04:43with Mike Walker who's very close to Pete Cowan and yeah back in the first two tournaments we
04:50did very very good work here in Abu Dhabi and obviously in Emirates. I started the season
04:57pretty strong and I feel like my technical work also is in a very very good line.
