00:09look at all of that in the water that is absolutely diabolical in our beautiful Wye
00:18it absolutely stinks this is supposed to be treated effluents look at it it covers the river
00:27and this is Welsh water you know we know we've got intensive poultry units hitting the Wye
00:37but this is Welsh water this has been going on for absolutely years in our beautiful Wye
00:46and the reason there's more coming out at the moment because this path is closed at the moment
00:52so the public cannot get access down here hence more coming out and as you can see up river
01:01we're just below Monmouth but that's that's just horrific I can't tell you how this breaks my heart
01:11new government we need regulators to regulate and we need those chief executives to take the
01:25front of this not the bill payer the chief executives should be held to account for this
