Donald Trump said that both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy have expressed a desire for peace in the region.
After speaking with Putin for more than an hour, Trump said the Russian leader wants the conflict to end.
In a post on Truth Social after a separate phone call with Zelenskyy, Trump said: “He (Zelenskyy), like President Putin, wants to make PEACE.”
