00:00It is possible that some places in the country will be flooded based on the General Flood Advisory of Pagasa.
00:10Our fellow countrymen in the Cagayan Valley Region, Central Zone, Calabarzon, Mimaropa Region, Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga Region, Davao Region, and BARMM should be on alert.
00:24The flooding is caused by the shear line of the Intertropical Convergent Zone or the Easterly Zone.
00:30As for the temperature, it is heart-wrenching.
00:32Just 2 a.m., the temperature in Baguio City was recorded at 16.2 degrees Celsius.
00:38At 21.5 degrees Celsius in Tanay, Rizal and Basco Batanes, the temperature was recorded at 23.2 degrees Celsius.
00:45In Taguigarau, Cagayan, the temperature was recorded at 23.8 degrees Celsius.
00:48And here in Quezon City, the temperature was recorded at 25 degrees Celsius.
00:53Meanwhile, my fellow countrymen, the stargazers in some places abroad have been looked up because of the different months.
01:00The so-called snow moon is visible in the sky.
01:03That is what is called the first full moon of February when it is usually recorded.
01:08The heavy snowfall in some places, just like in North America.
01:12Many were affected because of the big moon.
01:15Remember, my fellow countrymen, stay safe and stay updated and always look up.
01:20I am Andrew Perquiera. Know the weather before you go.
01:23Always stay safe.
01:25Kapuso.
