00:00One, two, and three!

00:12This is our sixth year of this carnival.

00:15Initially this idea was conceived thinking that what is the best way to connect with 4,000 people.

00:21I do make an effort on a regular basis to go to meet their camp.

00:26But this was never a day which is for them.

00:30And I wanted to just give a holistic feeling that they are the guests, they are here because

00:37we as managers, senior street leaders, CEOs, everybody is a host here.

00:44We make them feel completely as one.

00:48There is no manager, there is nothing.

00:50Everybody is the same while they are still the guests.

00:54We bring family connection by hosting families.

00:59We even have multiple awards for them.

01:02And the entire exercise is to build a strong trust between this level of workforce.

01:11Because blue collars engagement always requires an innovative way.

01:16You can't necessarily do by just salary increases and others.

01:21You need to build a little bit more bigger platform for them.

01:26So we have multiple initiatives.

01:29We have HR Mother, we have Centurion.

01:32But carnival is one day where we let them unravel themselves.

01:39I'm so excited. This never happened to me anywhere before.

01:42The company brings my family closer to me.

01:45I'm really proud that I'm part of this family.

01:48And it's really a great thing for me.

01:50I'm so proud of my brother is here with me and we are having a good time.

01:54This is my second carnival.

01:56So far it's nice. I'm in the groups like I'm in the committee.

02:00And the girls are engaged.

02:04I'm happy because before I was in LA.

02:06So I'm so happy I met my LA girls.

02:08They were hugging me.

02:10So I felt nice for so long without meeting them.

02:14The carnival is nice. We are enjoying it.

02:17It was in Naira.

02:19So they need that engagement from Dubai to meet their friends.

02:24They feel happy.
