00:00Emirates' historic one-off A380 flight took off with more than 500 passengers from 145
00:08nationalities on Friday morning, breaking the Guinness World Record for carrying people
00:13of the most nationalities.
00:15The flight welcomed passengers from different backgrounds, ethnicities, religions and cultures
00:20and included families and children, Emirates Group employees as well as people of determination.
00:26The initiatives really behind this flight is to see, to have the maximum nationality
00:33on board of this flight which reflects exactly like the society which we live in UAE.
00:38Different cultures living under one world space can live together by having respect
00:44to each other and maybe a spirit of unity that we have in UAE.
00:48The A380 commissioned for this flight has been decorated with a colourful and bespoke
00:53spirit of tolerance liberty, showcasing a panorama of people from diverse backgrounds
00:57and cultures holding hands, celebrating the UAE's message of multiculturalism.
01:03I've been living in the UAE for nine years and just beyond bringing people from different
01:08nationalities together, this country brings people with different opinions together and
01:13I am very honoured to be living here.
01:16The celebration of the flight is all about tolerance, attracting nationalities from all
01:23over the place and I think the UAE has done a fantastic job in making it a very livable
01:29place for people from all over the place to celebrate.
01:31It's so nice to see that people from different nationalities respect each other, we can come
01:35on the one flight and enjoy the day.
01:37And I'm so grateful also for UAE country that they are welcoming us and giving us
01:43opportunities to be here and it's so amazing that we can be all friends in one small place.
01:50The year of Jordan is something quite phenomenal, the kind of stuff that the government has
01:54been doing for the year and frankly I'm excited to be here.
01:58So it's a nice place, nice place to live in, it's a great country, everybody is treated
02:04as the same as everyone else.
02:06The tolerance flight marks the 48th UAE National Day and the UAE Year of Tolerance.
02:12After its debut on Friday, the aircraft will fly across Emirates' A380 network of over
02:1750 destinations for the next 12 months to spread the message of tolerance and mutual
02:22respect.
