00:00The common thing which I've found amongst all homeowners is they're looking for convenience.
00:08They're looking for a concept, they want a theme.
00:11And once that theme is right, then they can go and mix and match what they require.
00:15In today's environment, everybody wants the best of what's available, but not everybody
00:18has the pockets to buy the best.
00:21That's where we come in.
00:22So we've been one of the fastest growing retailers in the region.
00:25And I'm very happy with the result, especially last year, because last year was a tough year
00:28for most retailers.
00:30So for us to maintain our growth is excellent.
00:33We've grown by 40% last year, with a 15% like-to-like growth.
00:37And we've been consistently growing by 40% over the last four years.
00:42So we plan to open about five stores this year.
00:44And we're looking at, again, growing by about 35% to 40%.
00:47And we plan to open, by the year of the year, we'll be having about 15 franchise stores
00:51in 10 countries.
00:52Danube Home is filling a vacuum.
00:55We're the only retailer in the region which is selling products from home, living, bath,
01:00and garden all under one roof.
01:01But what we do differently is we provide a free interior designing service.
01:06We are so confident about our prices that we give the service free of cost, to the extent
01:10that you can actually take our design, go to the shop next door and buy what you want.
01:15And believe me, we've realized 90% of the people who make our designs shop from us.
01:19We go to various exhibitions in the world.
01:22In these exhibitions, what happens is the products which you find over there, they're
01:26very expensive.
01:27And then we re-engineer those products with our suppliers to figure out how we can make
01:31those expensive products affordable.
01:34And that's how we derive on affordable luxury.
01:37We opened a new store in Barsha, which is a 100,000 square feet showroom, which is right
01:41next to Mall of the Emirates.
01:42This is the biggest showroom of Danube Home.
01:44We have launched a new brand, in-house brand in Barsha, which is called Dolce Vita.
01:50Dolce Vita means a luxurious living in the Italian language.
