00:36an average week to accomplish all their tasks. The survey found 44% of their time is used purely
00:44to attend meetings. One of the biggest issues is starting out in the job unprepared. 77% of
00:53middle managers say they didn't receive any managerial training before being promoted. Most
01:01of them wish they had conflict resolution training followed by project management,
01:07delegation and time management training. While feedbacks are key to improve performances, 51%
01:15of mid managers say their boss never or rarely schedules a one-to-one with them to discuss their
01:22work. As a result, nearly a quarter of middle managers say they're actively looking for other jobs.
