00:09At least 50 people have died and more than 170 injured in wildfires ravaging woodland
00:16and villages in the Athens region of Greece.
00:20Greek authorities rushed to evacuate residents and tourists stranded on beaches along the
00:24coast today.
00:26The death toll soared with a Red Cross official reporting the discovery of 26 bodies in the
00:31courtyard of a villa at the seaside resort of Mati.
00:36The bodies were entwined, severely burnt and appeared to have been caught by the flames
00:41trying to reach the sea.
00:43North Korea appears to have started dismantling key facilities at its main satellite launch
00:48site in a step toward fulfilling a commitment made by its leader.
00:53Kim Jong-un made the pledge at his summit with President Donald Trump last month.
00:59Commercial satellite images indicate the North began dismantling key facilities at the Sohae
01:04launch site, media reports said.
01:07The facilities being razed include a rocket engine test stand used to develop liquid fuel

01:18The Toronto International Film Festival is cancelling an event to announce its planned
01:23film slate due to Sunday's deadly attack.
01:27Festival organisers said that out of respect for those affected by the attack, the film
01:32slate will be announced in a press release instead.
01:35Two people were killed and 13 wounded when a man clad in black fired a handgun into restaurants
01:41and cafes in Toronto's Greektown neighbourhood.
01:45The Toronto International Film Festival runs from September 6th through the 16th and is
01:50a launch pad for Hollywood's awards season.
