00:0036 cooperatives in Metro Manila and Calabarzon have received a financial grant for the restoration of their livelihood.
00:07The details are reported by ANA MOLE of the Philippine Information Agency, Calabarzon.
00:15A member and official of a cooperative from Laguna, Serenebor, Lagdatan,
00:19is looking for additional funding to restore the income of their cooperative that can help their members.
00:28We are hoping to have a convenience store that does not only contain groceries,
00:35but also the contents of our store.
00:39We want to modernize our store.
00:42Among their cooperatives, the cooperative received P200,000 from the Cooperative Development Authority
00:49and the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Cooperative is Marcos.
00:54Do your best. Don't let the grant run out.
00:58The grant should help to produce more income and help our members.
01:04Last week, 46 other small cooperatives in Calabarzon received financial assistance
01:12and a seminar for the responsible running of their group.
01:16The CDA hopes that with the additional support from the cooperative,
01:20it will create more opportunities for our countrymen to improve their income and livelihood.
