00:08At least four people died in suicide bombings in Saudi Arabia on Monday following attacks
00:14elsewhere in the region before the end of Ramadan.
00:17In the biggest attack at the Prophet's Mosque in Medina, four members of the security forces
00:22were killed and at least five others wounded.
00:25The Saudi Interior Ministry said the suspected bomber blew himself up as security forces
00:30tried to stop him at the approach to the mosque.
00:34The two other blasts occurred in the Red Sea city of Jeddah near the U.S. consulate and
00:39in Shiite-populated town of Qatif on the Gulf coast of the country.
00:44The UAE has strongly condemned the terror attacks.
00:47Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation,
00:53said the UAE stood by Saudi Arabia in all the measures it takes in countering terrorism.
00:59Police in the UAE have urged the public to have a safe Eid and avoid getting into traffic
01:04accidents or indulge in the illegal use of fireworks.
01:08Colonel Saif Muhair Al Mazroui, Director of Dubai Traffic Police, said the department
01:13is setting up patrols as people get ready to enjoy Eid al-Fitr.
01:17He also urged pedestrians to be careful and cross roads only from designated areas.
01:23Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi expanded his Council of Ministers by elevating Minister
01:28of State for Environment Prakash Javadekar to the cabinet.
01:32He also inducted 19 new ministers of state, mostly from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party.
