00:11Saudi Arabia announced a $223.97 billion budget for 2016. The government plans to cut deficits
00:19to $86.9 billion. Following the budget announcement, the country said it was raising petrol prices
00:24by up to 50% starting today. Prices will also increase for electricity, water, diesel and
00:30kerosene.
00:31A key moment in the battle against the world's deadliest outbreak of Ebola will be reached
00:35today when Guinea, the first of three West African states struck by the epidemic, is
00:40set to be declared free of the disease.
00:43One of the poorest nations in the world, Guinea leapt to global prominence after becoming
00:47the host country for Patient Zero. An infant, Amilwaminono, who on December 2013 came the
00:54outbreak's first victim. The fever spread, striking two neighbouring countries, Sierra
00:59Leone and Liberia, with sporadic cases also in Mali, Nigeria and Senegal. Around 11,300
01:05people died out of almost 29,000 recorded cases, according to a World Health Organization
01:11tally that many experts believe greatly understates the impact of the outbreak.

01:37Ian Lemmy Kilmister, the motorhead frontman whose outsized persona made him a hero for
01:42generations of hard rockers and metalheads, has died after a beef battle with an aggressive
01:47cancer. He was 70. Known simply as Lemmy to most, he was as famous for his moustache,
01:53mutton chops and the mole on his face as he was for his music. Born on Christmas Eve 1945
01:59in Staffordshire, England, Kilmister founded Motorhead in 1975.
