00:00We came on initiative by Skybus, Skybus that is connecting Dubai airport by all the hotels
00:19in Dubai.
00:20Second, to give an option for the Dubai visitors to use, you know, cheaper transportation to

00:28So we started this service on 15th of May.
00:31Initially we started with four routes which covered Al-Garhoud, Al-Karama, Al-Barsha and
00:36Sheikh Zayed road for the trial period of three months.
00:40We found that the demands, it's become more and more.
00:44We started monthly, we carried around almost 400 passengers per month in May and June.
00:49Suddenly from August, we've seen that demand become very high and jumped to 10,000, almost
00:5610,000 passengers per month.
00:58Based on that, we just take the opportunity to revise our network and we divide Dubai
01:06in six zones and we initiate 12 routes which covered almost 300 hotels in Dubai.
01:12Initially we have 110 hotels already signed with RTA to provide that service with their
01:19passengers.
01:23You know where is the arrivals in Terminal 3, there is a counter there.
01:26All the passengers who came to Dubai, they will see that all the signages to you with
01:30the Skybus and also if you don't have the NOL card, you can purchase that NOL card which
01:35cost him 15 dirhams per passengers per directions.
01:39He can take that NOL and he can ride in the bus.
01:41Moreover, he can ask about his destination, where he want to go, which hotel.
01:45They will tell him this bus will go to this route or he can, if you want to have pre-booking,
01:51he can call RTA customer service by using 800-9090 and he is requesting for the date
01:58and the number of passengers to reserve that bus if you have any group or any people to
02:03go to their destination with the name and also he can reserve while he want to go from
02:11the hotel to the airport as well.
02:12He can also confirm and he commit by the time he will be reaching the port on time.
02:18The service is 24-7.
02:22It is on the demand.
02:23If you have groups of people coming, for example, more than 10 or 12 people came, we initially
02:32move them immediately to their destinations.
02:35But if any group of people came, if they don't have that hotel under the coverage, we can
02:42start that service especially for them to their destination as well.
02:46We are flexible to provide our service to keep our Dubai visitors as happy according
02:52to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to bring that happiness to the people and
02:59to the visitors of Dubai.
