00:21Sheikh Ahmad bin Saeed Al Maktoum, head of Dubai's Supreme Fiscal Committee, opened the
00:25three-day event at the Dubai World Trade Center.
00:28The property and real estate exhibition has grown by over 25 percent in space compared
00:34to last year, according to organizers.
00:37Dubai is planning to regulate how homes and businesses can install solar panels to generate
00:43their own electricity and feed extra power into the main grid.
00:48The rules are expected to take into account whether any financial incentive could be given
00:53to solar energy users, according to an official at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.
01:00In an interview before making his world debut at the United Nations at the end of this month,
01:05Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has said that followers of the Muslim Brotherhood
01:10could participate in politics in the future if they renounce violence.
01:15Parliamentary elections are to be held in Egypt by the year-end, he said.

01:25Yemen's top security body imposed an overnight curfew in restive areas of Sana'a yesterday.

02:08expanded powers.
