00:00The former PNP Deputy Chief for Operations, Lt. Gen. Benjamin Santos, Jr. arrived in the country.
00:07He was charged with 990 kilos of shabu raid in Manila in 2022.
00:12It was past 4 o'clock in the early morning when Santos landed at Terminal 1 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
00:19According to PNP Spokesperson and Police Regional Office 3 Director, Police Brigadier General Gene Fajardo,
00:26the people of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group were assigned to lead the warrant of arrest against the former general.
00:38It was also processed at the airport, such as obtaining a mugshot and booking procedure.
00:44Santos had a warrant of arrest in the case of robbery in Section 92 or Bungling in the Prosecution of Drug Case of the Republic Act 9165
00:54or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 with a fine of Php 200,000.
