Everyone knows about Iceland’s impressive wonderland of beauty, but intertwined with the glaciers and the volcanoes is a special cuisine worth sharing. Inspired by the simple ingredients of the island, traditional Icelandic cuisine is uncomplicated, but cozy, and we were able to give it a try for the first time ever in Reykjavik.
