00:17paddock to plate but since we've been involved with the paddock to plate the last 18 months
00:23we've really noticed the people that are asking for the Speckle Park and requesting it and wanting
00:29to see what this relatively new breed is for people in the households that haven't sort of
00:36experienced it as it's hard to to buy in a supermarket. It's not really branded so it's
00:42been really good to see that take off. We're here in a paddock of our some of our breeders cows and
00:47calves and they're running on a crop of lab lab which is a good high in protein product for the
00:54cattle and also puts nitrogen back into the soil so it's a good natural fertilizer for the crop next year.
