00:00How many hives do you have? Around about 60 hives. We used to travel around a bit with them after
00:06I left school beds though. We got up to 200 hives. Alan tell us a bit about how long you've
00:12lived in Tubbot for. Oh 90 years I suppose. What was life like when you were growing up as a kid
00:18around here? Oh pretty tough, we had no money. They used to trap rabbits when I was going to school,
00:25boys and foxes. That was the main ambition, I'd run a line of traps going to school and back then.
00:32That was only in the wintertime. Can you do that? Yes Philip. Yeah you'd be able to
00:39come over to the shed and give me a few things just to hold it while I do the welding.
00:45What is it for your welding? It's a part on the mower that broke on me.
00:48Yeah righto, I'll be there in a minute. Why do you continue to produce honey?
00:54What do you like about it? It's good work, clean work, healthy work.
