Massage for swelling treatment

In order to reduce the amount of retained water in the legs, do a massage. Start by sitting on the floor with your legs bent.
Hold onto your shins with your fingers on your calves and your thumbs along the length of your shins.
Move your hands gently towards your ankles, pressing lightly with your fingers.
Then place your thumbs on the inside of your shins and massage upward towards your knees.
Finally, grab your calves with your hands and do a pull-up massage and release along the length of your legs.
