Ingredients:
Ghee
2 Cups Sooji / Rava
2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Cups finely diced pineapple [PUREE]
1 Cup finely diced pineapple [GARNISHING]
Chopped Almonds
Few Raisins
Nutmeg
4 Cardamoms
2 Cups Milk + 2 Cups Water
Few strands Saffron
A pinch of Salt

Method of Cooking:
1. Take a vessel boil 2 Cups Milk + 2 Cups Water & add few strands of Saffron.
2. Heat a vessel add 2 Tsp of Ghee.
3. Add 2 Cups of Sooji / Rava & fry till Sooji turns brown.
4. Remove the fried Sooji in another bowl & let it cool down.
5. In the same vessel add 2 Tsp of Ghee & add chopped Almonds & few Raisins & fry.
6. Then add the fried Sooji & a pinch of Salt & pour the boiled 2 Cups Milk + 2 Cups Water.
7. Keep on stirring the Sooji as it thickens up.
8. Close the lid & let it cook for few minutes.
9. Then add 2 Cups of Brown Sugar & Pineapple Puree & give a quick stir.
10. Then add Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, finely diced pineapple & 1 Tsp of Ghee & give a quick stir.
Your Yummy & Tasty Pineapple Sheera is ready.
