02:21If he is choosing to come to the US and reside in America,
02:26he needs to follow American rules.
02:29And we can't have a situation where there are special rules for him
02:33and different rules for another person.
02:36If he's broken those rules,
02:38transparency dictates that the public should know about it.
02:42And I think that, you know, he is subject to the law.
02:47And the law must be applied without fear or without favour to him,
02:52as it would any other US citizen or, indeed, any other foreigner
02:56who might try to come into the US.
02:58So, yes, I do support...
02:59And the President has extensive powers in this regard.
03:02So regardless of the result from the court,
03:06I think it's pretty feasible for the President
03:10to direct disclosure of the documents.
