00:00How has it been for you being out on this kind of Hall Awards season activity?
00:05It's been super fun to experience all these things and see the way that people rally around these films, these TV shows, and really celebrate them.
00:16So it's amazing and almost surreal to be a part of it.
00:19Did you have anything you're particularly rooting for this year? Any favorites?
00:23Well, hey, you know what? In the best talk show category, I'm really riding hard for Hot Ones tonight.
00:28But otherwise, you know, it's good to see former guests roll in and we trauma bond over the episode.
00:35And then I end up rooting for them for life.
00:37So tonight I'm hoping for a big night for Demi Moore, hoping for a big night for Ariana Grande.
00:43So I'll just be rooting on the friends of the program.
00:46That's true. What is the interaction like when you see them outside of that setting?
00:50It's going to be one or the other.
00:52You know, when I sit down and do a Hot Ones interview, we either become friends for life on the other side of that or they never, ever, ever want to see me again.
01:01So and that becomes crystal clear on a night like tonight.
01:04So we'll see who goes in for a hug and who runs the other direction.
01:09I'm excited to see who is excited to see you, I guess.
01:13And Valentine's Day coming up next week.
01:16What is kind of your favorite romance or rom-com or kind of movie of the season?
01:21You know, I'm a child of the 90s, like early 2000s.
01:25Kind of 10 Things I Hate About You, I think, is a perfect rom-com.
01:30And I'm trying to think of something more recently, Crazy Rich Asians, which I watched on the plane on the way here, as I sometimes do.
01:38Those are kind of the classics that stand out in my mind.
