00:00So I'm Clive Vickers, owner of Hapley Green Wine Estate.
00:03We've been producing wine and been open to the public for almost 40 years now.
00:07We are producing a quarter of a million bottles of our own wine every year
00:11and doing contract winemaking for vineyards across 28 counties of England
00:15and Wales, taking our total production to this day
00:18almost a million bottles a year. To facilitate all the new
00:23requirements for production levels we've put in new press,
00:26a new de-stalking machine, new grape handling elevators, a new filtration
00:31plant, another batch of stainless steel wine
00:34fermenters and uplifted our staff levels at the
00:37same time. It puts us in in the top sort of few
00:40wineries or of production in in the UK and it's
00:44still the fastest area of growth in agriculture
00:47planting grapes and making wine so the future looks like there could be
00:51more expansion if we want to go that down that road.
00:54On site we run with 70 staff, we've got a big
00:58200 seats of restaurants and shop and deli with our own butchery in it. We've
01:02got three course fishing lakes open to the public, we're open 362 days
01:07of the year. We've got a craft village with 16 units and a zoo
01:11as well so there's never a dull day here.
