An Australian couple accused of running an illegal brothel in Bali have faced court again. Michael and Lynley Le Grand could face more than a decade in jail if found guilty.

00:17A spa business they owned, The Pink Palace, allegedly offered illegal prostitution services.
00:25Prosecutors have now submitted witness statements to the court, including from one foreign man
00:31who was allegedly caught naked with two female massage therapists when police raided the
00:37business late last year.
00:39In his statement, he told investigators he'd paid almost $300 to have an erotic massage
00:45and sex with the two women.
00:47Other witness statements have also been submitted, including from former employees of The Pink
00:52Palace, alleging illegal prostitution activities.
00:56A lawyer for the couple says this trial will resume next week.
01:01So far, neither Michael or Linley Legrand have had an opportunity to state their defence
01:06and they didn't say anything when approached by reporters.

01:14And it's been a busy time for Australians in the Bali justice system with another Australian.
01:20Former fashion designer, Jessica White, sentenced to two months in prison over a dispute involving

01:27A Bali court found that she defamed a local vet.
01:31The judges have given her time to launch an appeal.
01:34Her lawyer says that's exactly what they'll do, they'll take this decision to the Supreme
01:38Court and appeal.
01:39He's described this prison sentence as excessive.
01:44He says this is just a rubbish, silly case involving a cat.
